Creative working conditions at Reality
Many companies announce that they hiring professionals, open to development and offer creative working conditions. Although, what is meant by such vague phrases, is not always clear.
We agree that programming is a creative process. Developing new 1C forms, 1C setting, customers consulting is continuous creativity. And, therefore, we here at Reality bought table for ping-pong, where employess can play with colleagues and clients.
We believe that the main factor when project went according to plan. To do this, incidentally, we use a Kanban approach. We try to provide a comfortable working environment, but also require dedication and the best results.
It is important to know for potential employees that our executives are young and responsive. It is always possible to come and talk on business issues as well as on the personal. Here, at Reality we are ready not only to listen but also to put into practice the proposed ideas.
One can find at our kitchen not only a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. But also tea, biscuits and seasonal fruits.
The office is located at Sophiyivs’ka Borshchahovka close to major routes and shuttle bus stop, but in a quiet location. We like to organize gatherings, and barbecue party in the backyard of the house where the office is located.
