1C: Trade and Warehouse
Configuration 1C: Trade Management for Ukraine, better known as 1C: Trade and Warehouse, enables to automate such important processes of managing trade companies business as goods movement (purchase and sale), pricing, warehouse and cash flow management. Apart from operational planning tasks and monitoring of sales, 1C: Trade Management system is dedicated to provide the control of delivery time and place orders, reserve goods in the stock.
In order to have an effective collaboration, it is necessary to see a “picture” of a client when working with contractors, especially within manufacturing enterprise, which means having ample information about clients and suppliers. To achieve that in 1C: Trade and Warehouse program we use subsystem called Customer Relationship Management.
All warehousing activities at enterprises dealing with wholesale and retail trade may be automated with the help of 1C: Warehouse Management configuration (common name is 1C: Warehouse), which is a part of 1C: Trade and Warehouse. Another widely used function of the system is inventory of warehouse, which is performed in order to define the actual availability of goods and discrepancy between accounting and actual quantity of goods. To speed up this process one conducts inventory by means of mobile scanners – data terminals. Our company specializes in application software products for mobile devices. For making an adequate and full-scale automation 1C: Trade Management 8 program integrates with 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR modules.
